About scope

  • Which brands and grades of cement, steel and blocks are assumed?
  • Is the built-up area measured including or excluding balconies, stairs and parapets?
  • Who pays for wastage and breakage?

About drawings and coordination

  • Which drawings will you build from, and who approves changes?
  • How will electrical and plumbing routes be decided before casting?
  • Will you work from a coordinated model if we provide one?

About money and time

  • What is the payment stage schedule tied to?
  • How are extras priced and approved?
  • What is the expected duration, and what happens on delay?
  • Who supervises daily, and how often will we get a progress report?
  • What is covered after handover, and for how long?
